World Trainer Summer Camp learns your teen to love exercise!

Exercising regularly is one of the best things you can do for your health. Poor fitness among today’s young is storing up trouble for their (future) well-being and lowering the quality of their lives. At least 60 minutes of activity a day helps kids and adolescents grow strong bones and muscles, build endurance and maintain a healthy weight.

How can we help children become healthier? In addition to eating habits, parents can impact the amount of physical activity their children engage in. Set a great example by taking part in physical activities with them and try to make fitness a (enjoyable) part of your child’s day.

You can also sign your child up for the World Trainer Summer Camp. We teach a love of physical activity and help kids fit it into their everyday lives. Our holistic program will help children develop important social, emotional and cognitive skills all through exercise.

Register for our Summer Camp here and your child will return with greater independence, developed new skills, made international friends and became a lifelong exercise lover!
