How to register for a class?

How long is each class?
Each class is on average 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Do we need to bring our own water?
Yes, our studios have water coolers. However, we do encourage you bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated. There are also water and energy drinks available for purchase.

Will the classes be too difficult?
Our classes are designed for youth 10-17 years old. A thorough physical fitness assessment is done at the beginning of each semester to ensure we take into consideration the various levels of fitness and capacity.
What should I bring to classes?
Just put on your running shoes and workout gear. We will take care of the rest.
Will there be a trial class?
Yes, we will be organizing trial classes closer to the start of our new semester. Stay tuned and follow us for more updates.
