Jennifer is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. She also holds a Kettlebell and TRX suspension Certification and is a Mat Pilates instructor. To keep workouts interesting and fun, Jennifer incorporates the best moves of various fitness techniques including pilates, TRX, weight training, HIIT and Tabata. Her personal goal is to give clients the tools to take on a healthy lifestyle, because being fit is not a seasonal thing. It’s a life time commitment and making the right choices.

Jesper  is a Fitness coach with a passion for building holistic health through strength and conditioning with an emphasis on mindset. He believes that becoming stronger starts from the inside. Having experienced within team sports, bodybuilding, rehabilitation and competitive high performance sports, Jesper understands the importance of building a strong foundation and to execute with quality over quantity.
